Kazona Maycroft successfully advised Royal Foam Nigeria Ltd on the sale of equity in the company to international investors. Royal Foam is one of the largest manufacturers of mattresses and bedding materials in Nigeria.
Kazona Maycroft worked extensively to implement the scope of work and terms of its mandate under the project, including, amongst others, procuring interested investors from a local and international pool, to successfully fulfil this mandate.
